Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Company has announced its IPO timeline

Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Company, a gas pipe operator in China, has declared the offer period of its A share IPO. As reported on the Shanghai Securities News, the company has set the offer period as 30 July 2008 – 31 July 2008. Book building for the issue will be held from 23 July 2008 to 28 July 2008. Online subscription is scheduled for 31 July 2008. The company expects to raise approximately CNY1,023 mn (USD148 mn) by selling 100 mn shares, which will trade on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
